Jill Purvis

Executive Director

Jill is originally from Branson, Missouri and grew up the daughter of a small town business owner which gave her a passion for the community and all things local. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma but upon graduating, Jill decided to stay home and raise her children. Jill has lived in Warrensburg on and off for the past 26 years as the spouse of an Air Force pilot. During the second time Jill and her husband were stationed at Whiteman AFB she spent her time raising her three kids and volunteering in her church and at her children’s school. Jill previously served as the Warrensburg Main Street Events Coordinator after moving back from Dublin, Ireland in 2012 for their third assignment at Whiteman AFB. During the 4 years Jill was at Main Street she gained valuable experience seeing the foundation of Burg Fest and the Summer Concert Series.  Jill is excited to be back in Warrensburg and thrilled to take the lead in the Executive Director role and continue supporting Downtown Warrensburg.

Jamie DeBacker

Assistant Director

Jamie was born and raised in Warrensburg, Missouri. Being the daughter of a downtown business owner, she is familiar with the importance to support locally. She watched her mother grow into a successful business woman which later inspired Jamie to pursue a degree in Business Administration.
Jamie attended the University of Central Missouri and graduated with her BSBA, in 2016. Throughout her college experience she focused her time working with her sorority, admissions and homecoming committee where her passion for planning evolved.
After Jamie graduated, she made a move to the Saint Louis area to complete a wedding internship where she loved the hands on experience and learned many new skills important to event planning. After completing her internship, she decided she wanted to be closer to her hometown and direct her passion towards helping others, rather than the extravagant design side of wedding planning. Jamie is excited to help her hometown grow and provide opportunities for many of the people who shaped her.

Monica Mitcheltree

Farmers' Market Manager

Monica was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Monica started her adventure of helping others by joining the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Member after graduating Archbishop Chappelle High School. While stationed at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, she met her husband and together discovered a passion for helping others. Monica is a keen supporter of military-affiliated non-profit organizations and helped organize various installation and community events. Shortly after separating from the service, she moved with her family to Vandenberg AFB California. Her passion for volunteering with the community did not fade as she served on multiple PTA/PTO board positions and as a Key Spouse to her husband’s Squadron. Her family continued to move, and the next stop was Fort Bliss, Texas. She served as the Girl Scout Service Unit Manager for the base, Troop Leader, and assisted when she could with her children’s schools. Finally, Monica and her family have joined the Whiteman AFB community and continue to volunteer as a Key Spouse to her husband’s Squadron all while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Photography. In 2019, her daughter joined our market as a vendor and continues to be a part of the market. Monica is ecstatic about helping the Warrensburg community and is looking forward to doing so as the Market Manager.

Iliana Lohraff

Events Coordinator

Iliana is from Kansas City, Missouri, more specifically, Raytown, MO. She moved to Warrensburg 4 years ago to begin her collegiate career at the University of Central Missouri. She has earned her B.S. in Child and Family Development this past summer but has a knack for planning events. During her collegiate career, she worked at Warrensburg Adventure Club and loves seeing her kiddo’s faces around town! She has met many families and has decided to stay in town post-college and continue loving that small-town life. She appreciates the sense of community that culminates in Warrensburg.

Iliana is also a proud small business owner! She loves the wedding industry and has decided to jump in by creating bouquets out of wood flowers. She is also a wife to the love of her life and a proud dog mom to a cute, curly, and spotted dog named Lola.

During her free time, you can probably find her working on wood flower bouquets, taking a stroll through the Warrensburg Walmart, or at a park nearby. She hopes to continue to cultivate the sense of community and reach some of the populations that are not tapped to the full potential!

Keiasiah Mozee

Event Intern

Keiasiah was born and raised in Moberly, MO. She traveled to Warrensburg to obtain a Bachelor’s degree and to get new experiences. She has found that Warrensburg has become a second home to her, where she has made many friends and grown both in knowledge and as a person. She is a University of Central Missouri senior studying events marketing management. She chose the University of Central Missouri because it was far enough away from home to start her life independently but still close enough to travel home to make memories with her family. Keiasiah has spent her college experience participating in her sorority and being an active leader on campus. She is always looking for ways to be involved and make those who have left a positive impact on her proud. Keiasiah plans to take the knowledge and experiences she has received during her time at UCM to the real world and become an event coordinator for large-scale events.

Board Of Directors

The Warrensburg Main Street Board of Directors meets monthly on the second
