Warrensburg Main Street, Inc. has many opportunities of volunteer participation. Some of our duties may involve manual labor and activities that may subject participants to risk of injury. In consideration of being permitted to volunteer and participate in this community project, the
participant acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risks associated with participation and is voluntarily agreeing to assume such risks. The participant releases and discharges
Warrensburg Main Street, Inc., and all of its employees, agents, officials, successors and assigns any and all persons, corporations or firms participating in this event from all claims, demands, damages, debts, exceptions, action or causes of action arising from or growing out of
any and all personal injuries and property damage that the participant or their heirs, successors, assigns or representatives may hereafter incur as a result of the undersigned’s participation INCLUDING INJURY OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE FUTURE NEGLIGENCE OR
FAULT OF WARRENSBURG MAIN STREET, INC., OR ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICIALS OR REPRESENTATIVES, OR THE CONDITION RO MAINTENANCE OF ANY
FACILITY UTILIZED BY THE UNDERSIGNED. In executing this release, participant relies solely upon their own judgement without influence by anyone else, and knowingly and voluntarily enters in to the same for the purposes set forth above. Participant fully understands that by entering into this release they are agreeing to forego al causes of action of any kind against Warrensburg Main Street, Inc., or any agent, official, or employee of the foregoing whether now known or arising hereafter. Participants are
advised to purchase individual insurance for injuries that occur during participation in the event.
I further consent during participation to my image may be used by Warrensburg Main Street, Inc., in materials used to market or promote the event, Warrensburg Main Street, Inc. or downtown Warrensburg.
