What’s Happening at the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market This June

Warrensburg, Mo. (June 8, 2026)

As the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market enters June and celebrates a successful start to the 2026 season, the market continues to bring fresh local
products, community connections, and family-friendly entertainment to Downtown Warrensburg every Saturday morning at 300 N Holden St. The market operates from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., rain or shine, on the Johnson County Courthouse Square through September.

Over 3,000 people attended the Farmers’ Market during its first month, coming together to support local vendors, enjoy live music, and connect with friends and family. Throughout May, the market featured three different bands and hosted two themed weekends, including Dog Day and the Warrensburg Farmers’ Markets 30th Birthday Bash.

After a lively opening month, visitors can continue to enjoy many returning vendors alongside new businesses that have joined the market this season. More than 45 local farmers, bakers, artisans, and food vendors gather each week, offering everything from locally grown fruits and
vegetables, farm-fresh meats, honey, eggs, plants, and flowers to handmade soaps, candles, and an assortment of baked goods, including pies, breads, cookies, and gluten-free options. Guests can also come hungry and enjoy favorites such as wood-fired pizza, fresh-squeezed lemonade,
fried rice, rotating farm-to-table menu offerings, and more.

On Saturday, June 13th, the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market will celebrate Global Wellness Day with a special morning dedicated to health and wellness. Visitors can enjoy wellness-focused activities, mental health resource booths, yoga demonstrations at 9AM on the front Courthouse
lawn, and opportunities to connect with local organizations promoting healthy lifestyles. The event is designed to encourage community members to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while enjoying all the market has to offer.

In addition to local vendors and special events, the market continues to feature live music, fun activities and free-to-play yard games, creating a family-friendly atmosphere for visitors of all ages. Guests are encouraged to shop local vendors, enjoy entertainment, and even bring their
four-legged friends. The Warrensburg Farmers’ Market has been a staple of the community for 30 years and continues to grow each season. The market supports locally owned and operated small businesses, with weekly vendors traveling from Johnson County and surrounding communities, ensuring a truly local shopping experience.

Planned theme days continue throughout the season, adding extra excitement while supporting vendors and community engagement. After Global Wellness Day on June 13th, the community can expect the Children’s Patriotic Bike Parade on July 4th, Create and Cultivate Day on July
18th, and more throughout the season. “Our themed weekends are our way to help build attendance during historically lower traffic weekends at the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market,” says Executive Director Jamie DeBacker. “Theme weekends also allow us to connect with different vendors, local organizations, and bring hands-on activities to the market.”

Applications for vendors are still open. The market is seeking a variety of vendors, both one-day and full-season, with special rates available for junior vendors and nonprofit organizations. Full season vendor applications will be accepted until July 15th, 2026, and one-day vendors can sign up throughout the season. More information about vendor applications, pricing, and details can
be found on the market’s website, warrensburgmainstreet.org.
