Help Warrensburg Main Street preserve the unique history of our historic buildings in our photography contest! To celebrate National Historic Preservation Month, we are capturing the beauty of today’s history. Photographs of buildings, architecture, and historic places are encouraged to be taken in Downtown Warrensburg and submitted for our contest.
The Photography contest will take place from May 1st – July 15th. Submissions will be accepted through Warrensburg Main Street’s online form. On July 18th, all photo submissions will be uploaded online for voting. The voting will end on July 24th, and the winners will be announced on July 25th. The top three photographs from our contest will be made into Warrensburg Souvenirs. All photographs will be collected in Main Street’s Building gallery and used throughout social media for educational purposes. Photographers will be credited for photographs.
Rules:
- Photos must be submitted from May 1st – July 15th.
- Contest is open to ALL ages.
- Photos can be from previously taken shots, but must be original photographs by the person submitting them.
- Photographs must be inside the Downtown Parameter – North Street to Ming Street, Washington Street to College Street.
