1. All participants or businesses must sign up with Warrensburg Main Street to participate in each month’s event.
2. All participants and businesses must be signed up 1 week prior to the Third Wednesdays; this allows for proper promotion for the event.
3. All participants on the streets must be available and remain set-up from 5-7pm.
4. Participants must be respectful of businesses and their storefronts. Please do NOT set up in front of a storefront door unless the business is closed.
5. All participants must provide their own tables and chairs unless other arrangements have been made between a business and a participant.
6. All participants must provide all materials necessary to display their art. Performers must provide their own equipment.
7. Participants should be aware of and follow traffic laws while unloading and loading works, tables, etc.
8. Participants setting up will be contacted by Warrensburg Main Street for the location of where to set up the Wednesday - Friday prior to the event.
9. No re-sell items are permitted.
10. No multi-level marketing businesses.
11. Works must be produced and sold by the artist.
12. Musicians must respect their neighbors and keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb other vendors and businesses.
13. Participants are solely responsible for collecting any due city and or state taxes.
14. Prohibited Items: To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, the following types of items are not permitted to be sold, displayed, or distributed by any vendor, organization, or group:
    • Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, or replicas)
    • Fireworks or explosives
    • Drug-related paraphernalia, CBD, or THC products (including edibles, oils, or vapes)
    • Tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products
    • Alcohol
    • Sexually explicit, profane, or graphic content (including signs, apparel, or media)
    • Items promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence
    • Live animals (for sale, trade, or giveaway)
    • Hazardous materials (e.g., gasoline, open flames not pre-approved)

Note: Warrensburg Main Street staff reserves the right to prohibit any additional items deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the event’s atmosphere.
