Who puts on Burg Fest?

Warrensburg Main Street, a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote, improve, and preserve the unique character and economic vitality of downtown Warrensburg while embracing our growing community.

This is year 11 of Burg Fest!

What are the hours for Burg Fest?

Friday, October 11th
– 4:30pm – 11:00pm
– Vendors 4:30pm – 8:00pm
– Beer Garden 4:30pm – 11:00pm

Saturday, October 12th
– Car Show: 8:00am – 2:00pm
– Vendors: 10:00am – 8:00pm
– Festival 10:00am – 11:00pm
– Beer Garden 1:30pm – 11:00pm

Is it free to enter Burg Fest?

Burg Fest is free to enter and attend. Some things like the carnival cost but most activities are free.

When are the carnival sessions?

You can find the carnival sessions on our schedule of events online or on A-Frames around the carnival. Friday: Session 1 is 5pm – 10pm. Saturday: Session 2 is Noon – 5pm, Session 3 is 5pm – 10pm.

Where can I get a carnival wristband/ticket?

The carnival is located on West Market Street and Maynard Street around the Johnson County Courthouse. There will be Ticket booths located in the carnival.

How much are carnival wristbands/tickets?

Wristbands $25 (each session requires a new wristband)
– Session One, Friday 5pm – 10pm
– Session Two, Saturday Noon – 5pm
– Session Three, Saturday 5pm – 10pm

Tickets
– $1.00 per ticket (Most rides are 3-4 tickets)
– $37.00 for 40 tickets
– $70 for 80 tickets

– Opening Ceremonies: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
– The Nobodies: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Saturday, October 12th
– Warrensburg Main Street Birthday Party: 2:00pm – 5:00pm (30th Birthday with a limited supply of free cupcakes)
– The Nace Brothers: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
– Manda Shea & The Sumpthin Bros: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
– Clay Clear Band: 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Is there a Lost & Found?

Yes, take all items to the EMA red trailer located at the corner of Hout and Maynard.

Where are the restrooms located?

Port a johns are located in the Beer Garden, E Pine St, E Culton St, Alley between Cafe Du Burg & Brown’s Shoe Fit, Alley between Truman Title & Lance Riddle Law, Parking lot Corner of N Holden & Gay Street near Next Door Agents, in the carnival by the MU Extension Office Parking Lot.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

How much is it to get into the Beer Garden?

The Beer Garden is free to enter. The Beer Garden area is open to all ages and you must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages and have a wristband.

Are there chairs or should we bring our own?

The Main Stage/ Beer Garden
– Chairs and Tables are set up, feel free to bring your own chairs.

Entertainment Stage
– There will be bleachers, feel free to bring your own chairs.

Festival
– Seating at the Main Stage and Entertainment Stage, seating available for dining and conversing on the corner of N Holden and E Market in the Parking lot.
